SITA Deutschland GmbH assigned Implico-Prologa GmbH, after the successful go-live of the industry solution SAP Waste and Recycling, to support them as SAP partner in further implementations. Next to functional upgrades, the focal point is template configuration. The project with the fourth largest waste management company is the first extensive assignment for the, only recently founded, joint venture of the two leading SAP service providers for the waste management industry.
In November 2007 the project to implement SAP Waste and Recycling was taken over by Implico-Prologa GmbH. The consulting company is taking care of the first pilot project in the SITA customer center in Bielefeld, Germany. Here the focal points are the functional upgrade of existing solutions and the configuration of a template. At the end of the pilot project a Germany-wide rollout will follow. This should be finished within a year and further customer centers and up to 40 sites will then be integrated into the SAP industry solution. The planning and realization of the roll-out will be accompanied by the Implico-Prologa GmbH experts the whole time. To cope with this planning challenge, the SITA and Implico-Prologa GmbH project management team are working together closely.
