Implico-Prologa GmbH had a successful week in Munich. During the IFAT, the largest and most important exhibition for environmental technology and -services, solutions for board computers, SAP portal and electronic verification procedure were presented. The 164 square meter stand was well attended, also from the international public.
 
On four monitors the Implico-Prologa experts presented their extended business activities, covering the complete value-added chain in waste management. Because in the meantime, most customers are familiar with the industry solution SAP Waste and Recycling, the focus was more on the special themes. Particular interest was shown for electronic verification procedure, which will replace paper consignment notes and be statutory in Germany from 2010 onwards.
 
The innovative theme, SAP internet portal, attracted a lot of attention. The consultants did not only discuss and present the theme to visitors who came to the stand; it was also the topic of discussion at the forum. For strategical purposes Bernd Schäkel, Managing Director of the private waste disposal company Tönsmeier, and Torsten Peter, Managing Director of Implico-Prologa highlighted the theme. His colleague, Christian Schott, together with the Tönsmeier IT Manager Udo Weckesser, contributed with hands-on examples and discussed the advantages of a portal.
 
Third focal point was board computers. Therewith the actual performance output of an order is immediately captured through an integrated telemetric solution and sent back to dispatching. There it is immediately available and can be compared with the originally ordered or alternatively the planned output services. It does not only save the waste disposal company the effort of manually compiling records, but it can also balance quicker and more reliably.
